“I was helped greatly with my order by Tom Miller at MBC both at the design stage and when making the order. He provided helpful quotes and was flexible and easy to work with, which was much appreciated. The order was delivered on time and well packaged and the resulting badges exceeded my expectations and everyone was very pleased with them . I would strongly recommend the company to anyone wanting professionally designed and manufactured badges. Thank you and apologies that this review has taken so long to be made.”

“After a long wait for our order they finally arrived after months. The neckers are fine. Used the company for many years but did not realised that the neckers were manufactured overseas.”

“Have never had a problem with MBC before and will use again. Unfortunately there were unexpected delays this time but understandable reasoning. The delivery service with DPD was very disappointing though. They stated the parcel had been left with a named neighbour, at a certain house number, and sent me a photo of the house. Unfortunately, there are no neighbours with that name, no house number of that number of my street and the photo was not of a house in the local area. Tracking down my parcel has been very time-consuming and frustrating, and if this is how the service is going to be, I may look at going elsewhere”

Hi Mary. We are so sorry to hear about the hassle you've experienced in getting hold of your parcel. We do offer alternative courier services, so we are happy if in future you would prefer we did not use DPD on your orders.
