“Great quality product and the second badges I’ve had produced. Production times were spot on. The only issue I have is the lack of willingness in some parts to reproduce my design. I understand that I had some intricacies that had to be simplified but things like text were produced without issue on my first order. They obviously pushed themselves and managed to get the text as designed. Happy overall”

“We were recommended the Company for the production of some anniversary badges for our Scout Group. We weren't disappointed! MBC were able to design a badge from a drawing by one of our Cub Scouts. “After being a customer for many years, to be told now MCB are charging £10 per order when you ring up to place an order is very poor service.”

Hi Michael. We are sorry you feel this way. The £10 admin charge is only subject to plain necker orders placed over the phone or by email, as these items are available to purchase online through our website. When placing your order over the phone, our team need to manually set-up the order and raise the invoice which adds to the time and cost of the entire process. The online order process reduces our costs and helps us maintain the lowest possible pricing on the neckers for our customers. By ordering online (and avoiding the £10 admin charge) there is the further benefit that your orders will go into production more quickly, you will be building an online order history and going forward it will allow you to place repeat orders very easily at your convenience.
