“We have been a frequent shopper with MBC and have found their service to be really thorough, and their staff thoughtful, and reliable in the past, I have mistaken our colours and which way round this should be and the staff gently and kindly asked if I wished my order to be the same as lady time... it was great to have the reminder and the care. Also, there was an incident where some of the scarves had been damaged in transit... which is a very rare occurance. I was contacted to let me know and the lady appologised, and asked if I would like them sent on after the others.. it was all done in such a thoughtful manor... thank you for all of the help over the years....”
