We needed an order made to a very tight timescale, they had to deal with myself as a novice who had not ordered badges before - and they were brilliant! Tom in the sales/design team was incredibly helpful, and patient when we needed extra time to confirm final order details, and the order arrived a couple of days ahead of schedule.
