“We were recommended the Company for the production of some anniversary badges for our Scout Group. We weren't disappointed! MBC were able to design a badge from a drawing by one of our Cub Scouts. Thank you for your promptness too, to ensure that we received the badges in time for our presentation this week.”

“After being a customer for many years, to be told now MCB are charging £10 per order when you ring up to place an order is very poor service.”

Hi Michael. We are sorry you feel this way. The £10 admin charge is only subject to plain necker orders placed over the phone or by email, as these items are available to purchase online through our website. When placing your order over the phone, our team need to manually set-up the order and raise the invoice which adds to the time and cost of the entire process. The online order process reduces our costs and helps us maintain the lowest possible pricing on the neckers for our customers. By ordering online (and avoiding the £10 admin charge) there is the further benefit that your orders will go into production more quickly, you will be building an online order history and going forward it will allow you to place repeat orders very easily at your convenience.

“Right from the start of the process of wanting to order 2 badge designs in different quantities, the team at MBC (and Sian in particular as my point of contact) were super friendly and very helpful. Even when I requested a very quick turnaround, they got straight onto the job without any fuss and delivered both badge designs even earlier than I'd hoped for. The badges themselves are really good quality and reflect the submitted designs perfectly. Overall this was an excellent experience and one that I am very happy to recommend. I will definitely use MBC again when I need to produce my next set of badges.”
