“I ordered cloth badges on New Year’s Eve, not realising that these are produced in China! So not long afterwards I received an email informing me about potential delays in delivery. But MBC kept me informed of developments and the badges were delivered last week, within the timeframe I had originally specified. So we’ll done MBC.”
