“I was happy with my first order. I wanted to order one additional badge but couldn't find the exact design and was unable to to sign in to my account to find out. When I called for assistance nobody could help me and was told to order online. I have received my badge but it is different from the others. for something simple to reorder turned out to be quite complicated and unsatisfactory.”

“We have had a few orders from Badgemaster, and are impressed by their service. The great thing is once you have created your badge design, it is really easy to re-order. Each employee has their own name badge which helps to unify the staff. The badges are very high quality and durable I have not needed to contact the customer service line, as eveything is so easy to do online. Would highly recommend”
