“Had questions about the badges and was asked to contact Badgemaster by email. There was some delay and confusion with these emails, in the end I found it easier to shop online. Was then in contact with someone by email regarding my online purchase and sorted a problem I had. Badges arrived quickly and look great! Very happy with the end result.”

“Unfortunately, we have been disappointed with the company. If we order a one-off badge it is fine, but ordering a few badges and its not good. On two occasions our order has been lost. Another occasion and it was printed the wrong colour. The website does not correctly take into account the quantity discount. All in all a disappointing experience and we shall be looking at a different company for our next badge purchase”

“We ordered 3 differently worded corporate badges on line from Badgemaster, three weeks ago. The order arrived very quickly but the badge specifications were wrong, and only two badges, not three, contacted Badgemaster, who promised to re process the order. A week later, nothing had arrived. We contacted them again. And they stated that the replacement order had gone out that morning. It is now two weeks later and they have not yet arrived.”

The order process took a while but eventually someone responded on the chat application on the website. She informed us that she would make sure the badges were rushed through without compromising the quality of the badges. Over all we are all very happy with the service we received.”
