“Really pleased with the badge, ordering another one. Well happy. Delivery was late due to appalling post office. Checked the send date. Pricey but it’s 2024.”

“I wanted a badge as a novelty gift for my wife as she helps a lot with my photography business. I used Badgemaster, finding the design process simple, adding my logo and a pretend job title, and the price was reasonable, especially considering I was buying a one off item. It arrived quickly and the quality was great! I would definitely use them for any other name badges I might need! Thanks!”

“The communication regards the status of our order was not good enough and resulted in me misleading my client about the expectation of delivery. There was a degree of urgency for my order so I enquired 4 days after placing the order for a status update. We were stated 5-8 days lead time after placing the order (not before, which would have been useful), so in asking for an update we were hoping for the best. We were told that the order was in packing and should be with us soon, which was well received and gave us confidence (therefore we informed our client that they would arrive soon). 4 days later, after no sign of delivery, I asked for another update to be told they were in fact still in production and 'packing' in fact meant quality control prior to dispatch. The product then arrived 3 days later. I appreciate that they have lead times and quality control is of course good, however, there was a lack of communication throughout and the ambiguous language was not accurate or useful, I felt misinformed. We even received a dispatch notification after they were delivered. The finished badges are good quality but the communication and service let them down.”

“The badges were acceptable, but after adding various options, were 'expensive', and I cannot see how a delivery charge of £17.95 is justified after having spent £500 on the product, I often use the same delivery company and for a similar sized parcel, pay in the region of £7, but having said that most companies I have dealt with do not charge for orders of such a value”
