Badges are good quality, but communication throughout the order process isn't great. When you place the order you have no idea when they'll arrive, and the last two times I've had to chase up my orders because they've gone past their usual production time. It's not the smoothest of order processes - I got an email telling me my order had been despatched 3 days after it arrived with me. If you need them for a set time then I wouldn't suggest ordering as they're not reliable enough, but if you're not needing them for a specific date then they are good quality when they do arrive.

Great end product! I did find the website quite frustrating when trying to create the same badge for difference names. It was also a shame that we were missing a badge too where we needed them quite urgently.

The badge is of excellent quality, but it definitely took too long to get here in comparison to the time listed. I understand that the covid situation may have made it harder to deliver with expediency, but the listed timeframe should be amended to reflect that.

Lead times on the website / confirmation email are very misleading. When I then called to chase the order I received no apology. Will not be using again.

I have ordered 2 badges from this company for work colleagues. Both wanted symbols (one a Dragon and one a small pic of her favourite beach) and it was so easy to choose the size of badge, background colour and upload the image. These were badges for the workplace and they looked professional and personal.

Rather disappointed with my experience. After reading the delivery time for products was 2 to 5 working days I placed my order for only 4 badges 4 weeks before I needed them for an event. I called 2 weeks before I needed them as they had not arrived to ask when I would get them and was told they were in dispatch for sending but I did not believe the person as they sounded flustered, when they did not arrive a few days later I called again and they said they were in dispatch again for sending. The third time I called I was told that the badges had failed quality and had to be remade. I explained to the customer service advisor that I needed them to be with me in two days as I was leaving the country for an event I ordered the badge for and was told it was my fault if they did not arrive as I had not paid the correct shipping. I placed my order on the 12th April and was flying on the 4th May 15 working days after order. My badges did not arrive in time. I have emailed customer service but are yet to respond!

Badges were lovely, robust, and on the whole very good but the names were a little small and not easily recognisable.

I ordered my badges and the confirmation email did not have the correct details. I immediately emailed Badgemaster who were really good and said that they would ensure that the correct badges would be supplied. When the badges turned up - which was very soon after - the quality was great but Badgemaster had sent the incorrect badges. I contacted Badgemaster who were really good and acknowledged the error. I offered to pay for the remake but, to their credit, they said this was not necessary and they would replace the badges. This was the last I heard. The last email I had from BM was on April 28th and since then nothing. I have tried to contact them but nothing. My event is early next week so it looks like it will be badgeless which is a shame. Initially BM were brilliant but, alas, I don't think that I will be getting my badges afterall!

I complained about the printing quality as I got offered another printing I also asked to change the spelling from carer to care, but I got a second delivery with all the badges the same as the first order. I paid for the badges that in the end, no one will be able to use.

Average delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks if the order is chased regularly! orders need to be chased every time and despite chasing it takes weeks to receive the order and the customer service team promoted to look into the issue and do not get back to the client with a solution

The design feature was easy to use, and my badge looked exactly as displayed. I am very happy with the result, especially the magnetic clip; I was worried it might not be strong enough, but it's easy to take apart yet stable once clipped.
