“Badges arrived too late for our event. When I phoned to ask for an update on the order I was told that the expected delivery times quoted on the website are only a guideline and that due to many events restarting since Covid, they were inundated with orders. If they had stated this on their website then I wouldn't have placed the order.”

“Professionally designed badges and well made badges. Lot of improvement in quality of badges, especially the magnetic fastener. Love the badges I ordered recently, excellent customer service, great team at both frontline and back end working tirelessly to meet customers demands despite huge orders which may have happened due to COVID-19 pandemic but production team still ensured they met my very tight deadline. Satisfied customer. I have used Badgemaster for over 12 years and have never regretted in both delivery and quality of their products.”

“I designed my badge online as a souvenir, as I am a keen train enthusiast. I was not sure about the design and phoned to verify that the font was going to be black. I also wasn’t sure if was it feasible to use the now defunct Virgin Trains logo, as it was only to be used as a collectible. Nevertheless it came through the post roughly in around 10 days. The quality of the badge is excellent and I am very happy with my product. Quick pointer though, it would be useful for your online purchases to have a picture if the type of pins used . For myself I believed that alligator clip was the safety bar pins instead of the alligator tie clip on’s.”
