“The design is as I uploaded to the website but not exactly centred on the badge. The badge is more bendy than I expected when the magnet is being detached and I have to be very careful for fear of it snapping. It serves its purpose but quite expensive for its quality in my opinion.”

“Badges were great in themselves - good quality and correct to what was ordered. But the customer service is unbelievably shocking. Very slow response rates, online chat agent disappears without finishing the conversation, huge wait times for delivery (we've been waiting for our latest order for 3weeks at this point, and have had no updates on where they are despite several attempts at reaching out through email, phone and online chat), invoicing before the orders have been sent out etc. Definitely need to work on their customer service and speed of delivery/responses.”

“The badges are the best I have ever seen. The quality is superb, and the logo is crisp! The 'bot' functionality needs to either be replaced or upgraded. It was difficult to get an answer, but when I finally did, everything was a breeze.”

“Had to do 2 orders, the first I had uploaded a logo for the badges but the shading did not match the colour of the background (matched on the template) so I had to redo another order with a plain background and that badge came through fine thankyou. Its a shame the 1st batch was not QC'd as once sent out you unable to return badge's”

“It needs some time to get used to the website but then the facilities are very powerful. Designs can be chosen, logos can be uploaded and it is easy to change the design, size and position of text. Interactive help (from a person) is available. However badge sizes are quite limited. When the badge itself arrived, I found the text more difficult to read then it appeared on the website, and I felt the need to increase the text size and choose a more prominent text colour.”
