Everyday almost a million people go to work wearing a Badgemaster name badge. “Placed order, no confirmation email received or invoice, had to chase. Item was then delayed due to quality control issue. Not notified of this, I had to email to chase missing items long after the delivery date passed. Waited for new batch, still not prioritised. No communication whatsoever unless chased.”
