“Whilst the product is good. The website for the badges is not particularly logical when trying to place repeat orders with additional names. Even the customer services line needed help from colleagues to sort. Unfortunately even so an error on the menus meant a costly mistake (my cost) with a delivery having to be binned and re-made. So it cost me twice as much as it should have.”

“I was asked to order name badges for our colleagues, and I didn't even know where to begin. After carefully reviewing and emailing a few companies I found Badgemaster! Their website is so easy to use, you can try so many designs till you find the one you like! I tried to create a few names badges myself, but I still wasn't happy with the layout etc. therefore I contacted their customer service. Kayla-Lauryn and her team helped me with the design. They were very helpful, effictive and so patient! We received them last week and our colleagues love them! They look very smart, and they are just so lovely! If you are looking for a company to get you name badges from, don't look any further - You have just found it! :-)”

“The quality of product is wonderful but the website is full of glitches, no option to amend any products in the basket which means you have to clear cache to be able to remove items from the basket. Payment often doesn't go through on first attempt which means I've had to call to check if payments have been successful. Website needs a proper check and rethink!”

“I have used Badgemaster for years and never had an issue until recently. A mistake was made by Badgemaster (as I checked my submission) as one of the badges was incorrect. I sent an e-mail to customer services, 20/07/2023 with a picture of the badge and the excel spreadsheet that was submitted in the original order, but I am still awaiting a response, refund or reprint”
