“My order took over a month to arrive despite me paying a fortune for quick delivery. First time I chased the order nobody got back to me. Second time I chased it I didn't even get a reasonable reason as to why my order took so long.”

“I found them while searching on google. I designed my badge using their website, which was very simple. Placed the order. Done. Received the badges for me and my staff and they were wonderful. We ordered 17 badges and I spoke to the customer service team for some further info and she was lovely. Only the delivery charge was a little high £15.”

“Badges are great, however the website can be confusing .. need to make it clearer that you make up one badge to then go on and amend for others ... Its a bit clunking for an idiot like me!!”
