“In my usual size - way too wide. Tried the next size down - still too wide especially vertically - just not the right shape for slim feet. Ordering and returning all went smoothly - just a shame they didn't suit.”

“Excellent personal customer service from Backdoorshoes Shoes. I returned my order for a smaller size. New shoes were dispatched the very next day with a curtesy phone call to inform me. Love my Poppy Explosion Clogs and flowery insoles. Great product and fantastic service.”

“I'm a long time customer of backdoor shoes and I love them. They are so comfortable and durable not just for gardening but easy to slip on if only to take the dog for a walk. I bought a new pair for my wife but I used the size from a very old pair. But they exchanged them with the new sizes very quickly.”

“Both the men's clogs and the flipflops were birthday presents . My brother was chuffed to bits with his clogs as his old ones had finally worn out. The flip flops have been posted to New Zealand and we await news of their receipt”
