“My husband and I have recently purchased our first pair of Backdoorshoes each for our new home as we had both ruined a couple of pairs of slippers going in and out. Well they really are perfect, very comfortable and lightweight. So handy to keep by the back door! We love the funky designs, he has the grass pair and I have the sunflowers.”

“I ordered a pair of size 8 shoes, as ordinary crocs tend to be slight larger. However on arrival, the size 8's were tight so I returnd the shoes with a request for a replacement size 9. Backdoorshoes Ltd rceived my original shoes and returned by post the replacements and i received them within 3 working days! There were no quibles about returning the shoes, and I was kept informed of despatching actions. So all in all this was an excellent service and I will definately use Backdoorshoes for future purchase - so thank you for a great Product and Sercvice.”

“These shoes were not bought for me but from a first-time buyer point of view, I thought I had excellent service. Particularly because, having realised I had ordered the incorrect size and sent an e-mail, I received confirmation that the size had been changed. Given the very slow delivery time of parcels owing to Covid, I rated my delivery as excellent, arriving in no more than a week after placing my order. To the best of my knowledge, the recipient is delighted.”
