“Comfortable and fit for purpose. As a gardener I am in and out of my patio doors several times a day and although I like working with soil and plants I don't want it in the house. I love the butterfly design”

“Fantastic service from Backdoor shoes. I had purchased a pair for my partner from them at Crufts many years ago and as they were very worn by now decided to buy another pair. I didn't see that they now advise customers to go up a size so ordered the same size as before. My partner did say that they were a bit tight but would persevere hoping they would give a little. Unfortunately, they didn't so I emailed the office. I received a telephone call from a lady who asked a few questions. She said not to worry and that she was sending another pair in a larger size. I was to keep the first pair and give them to someone they would fit. I am really impressed with this company and their customer care. Excellent service and other companies would do well to treat their customers in the same way.”

“When i bought my first pair of back door shoes, they were far too gappy for my slender feet (although they are meant to be roomy). Customer service was excellent. I was sent 2 pairs of complimentary inner soles to try. It worked but I completely forgot to write a review! I love them. My best friend saw mine and adored them, so I have just bought her a pair for her birthday. I have the daisies, she chose poppy explosion. Delivered promptly and she is over the moon with them (and the fit). Great customer service, great designs. I Thank you team Backdoorshoes, future gift ideas sorted!”

“Recenyly bought a pair of Daisy backdoorshoes. These were to replace my old Bluebell pair, that I have worn out the grip on the soles of after s very long time. I am really pleased that the shoes she are as comfortable as the 1st pair and just as pretty.”
