“If possible, I would give six stars to backdoorshoes. Not only because of their nice and comfortable shoes but because of their customer service. I never experienced such a friendly, helpful and accomodating customer service.”

“New to Backdoorshoes Shoes, they may prove comfortable and well made and the service was lovely in the sun and loads more practical things but hey - how often do you see something to wear that makes your heart sing and brings a great smile to your face? “I have bought several pairs of back door shoes and am always pleased with them. I got a size larger for my husband as suggested and they are a good fit. He liked the dogs print too although I found there was not as much pattern choice this time. The only negative is that the shoes squeak as he walks and we have not noticed this before! I was also pleased with the customer service as I could not get an offer code to work and they rang me back and sorted it. Thank you.”

“Back door shoes have been used by us for any years, we purchased the first ones at Hampton Court flower show , and then we have bought them for each member of our family at various times. My husband is now wearing his new ones......the brogue ones, which I think are his fourth pair!!! He loves them and as he spends lots of his time in our garden they are very well used. I am still on my first pair!!! They are still very comfortable and in good condition!!! I would recommend Back door shoes to everyone , you can keep them by the door to slip in and out of them as and when. They are hard wearing Comfortable and a joy to wear. Thank you for the brilliant product and for the brilliant service you provide, First class on both counts.”

“Bought several pair for myself and family. On one occasion had to return a pair which was a present for my son. I ordered the wrong size. It was an easy return, great service by phone. Expensive yes but well worth it. My last pair lasted 4 years.”
