“A great product but if the shoes are incorrectly sized by the manufacturer you end up paying for the return postage!”

“We love these shoes! This order was for a new pair each for myself and husband. His were as expected (perfect!) though mine were unfortunately 2 different sizes (one was correct size, other was a size larger). A quick email and I was assured that a replacement pair would be sent out immediately. The postal cost for returning the mismatched pair was reimbursed to my card straight away. The replacement pair were correct and perfect, plus I found a free gift of a bluebell carrier bag. Fantastic! Really great shoes (we’ve been using them for many years) and exceptional service. Thank you Backdoorshoes.”

“I have lost count of the number of backdoor shoes I have purchased over the years, always a pair literally sit by the back door, ready to be slipped on for every occasion, gardening, dog waking or just the bin run. I would be at a loss without them.”

“I’m on my 3rd pair of these really comfy - clean in the washing machine shoes. They stand up to weeding and don’t make my feet ache if I’ve been standing for hours . They don’t aggravate my plantar fasciitis .However I also ordered sandals and the toe post has a rough seam which causes sores - hence the mark”

“I love these as they are so comfy to wear, supportive and they also have insoles. You can also buy replacement insoles if required They are easily cleaned. I use them indoors as slippers and older pairs outdoors gardening etc.”

“We have both been wearing Backdoor Shoes for almost as many years as the company has been going. They are comfortable with wonderful designs to choose from, we permanently have a pair each at the front door and back door and wouldn't be without them. The only negative is we need to always check the sizing because they do alter slightly from one batch to another, this can result in the need to exchange for a different size.”

“I love Backdoor shoes and have just bought my fifth pair. I use them in the garden, out and about with jeans and in the house instead of slippers. They are so comfortable with the added bonus of being waterproof. I love the design and bought a second pair in the bluebell design when the pattern became a bit worn. I have the Hot Chilli pair and a dark pair to wear with black trousers. My latest pait are the Strawberry washed canvas pair which I will take on holidat to wear instead of trainers.”

“I have worn backdoor clogs for years now - one pair at the front door and one at the backdoor. Comfy but supportive, easily slipped on and off, washable, waterproof. I garden in them, drive in them, shop in them ....in other words, worn daily for everything other than work and "posh stuff". My only concern, I wear them out after a year and then they are a bit slippy on greasy slopes - so I need to buy another pair!”

“I had been given a pair of backdoor shoes a number of years ago and thought they were terrific, and have even gave them as Christmas gifts. My much loved pair lasted really well but sadly wore out, so I have treated myself to two pairs now, as you can never have too many, the half sizes are great as they go with thick socks.”
