“I purchased my first pair of Backdoor shoes at Hampton Court Flower Show 2 years ago and as they are well worn I have replaced them with a new pair ordered online. They have proved to be so useful and convenient, and ordering online proved to be so easy as the shows are unavailable at the moment with this awful virus and lock down problem. Thank you.”

“I ordered two pairs of back doors shoes, brogue style for my husband and sunflowers for me! I immediately loved my sunflower ones which were instantly comfortable. Unfortunately my husband's were too small (despite going up a size). I returned these after Christmas and asked to exchange them for tyre tread style. Initially I received a message that a straight size swap had been sent so my husband was delighted when a pair of size 13 tyre treads arrived a couple of days later. Apparently, it was just luck that the brogue style wasn't available in the size but I think it was diligent customer service. Special thanks to Michelle. Two happy customers now.”

“Having recently become parents to a puppy, we were in and and out of the garden all the time and at all hours. I wanted something robust and water proof that I could slip on at a moments notice. They were so good I bought a pair for my wife. Delivery and communication was excellent. Only downside is that they are prime puppy chewing material.”

“I absolutely adore these wonderful clogs and look forwards to better weather so I can be out in them even more. I have found that length wise they are fairly accurate to size but quite a big circumference of the front part and I would not say my feet are particularly narrow. This was not bad with fairly thick socks on but v loose if no socks. I spoke to the v v helpful backdoor shoes customer support and we decided an extra insole might help which they sent out - PERFECT! 😊😊”

“Excellent customer service. This is the third pair I have bought the last ones being for my mum who was very pleased with them. True to size and description. Waterproof and so practical for nipping out into the garden. Thank you”

“Love the clogs. Got a hole in my first pair after 5 years or so and ordered identical pair. Good service. Use the clogs mostly when camping and caravaning and they are warm safe and comfortable. I wear them a lot. The old pair will be used,in the house. Nice to have cheerful patterns on a unglamorous shoe!”

“There are no family members left that I haven’t bought shoes for and if I order one more pair of Chelsea Boots I think my husband will disown me. (Plus he gets cross when I refuse to wear them in the rain because I don’t want them to get dirty). Now I’m waiting for my children to be big enough for their own backdoor shoes”
