“Ordered a pair of men's chunky tread clogs and as per their recommendation ordered my next size up (9 instead of an 8). They are huge on my feet and do not stay on. Emailed on 6th December to bring this to their attention and request a refund. Their returns policy states that I have to pay for postage and this is not refundable. My request was it should be refunded as I took their advice regarding sizing and it was wrong and I should not have to pay to return them. It's now 17th December and still no reply. The product is good but their customer service really sucks.”

“Prompt delivery of goods and almost returned as Ithought too big.Looking online found in soles .Ordered and delivered and fit now perfect Pity didn’t have that bit of advice as I am sure almost a necessity with most purchases.”

“Purchased these for my wife (honestly it was my wife’s request for these!) as she has recently taken up gardening. She says the boots are really comfy, extremely waterproof and have excellent grip. So, all in all, a thumbs up from my wife! The delivery time and price were really good also.”

“I purchased 2 pairs of garden shoes as presents. Both recipients are thrilled with them. I’ve had a pair now for 10 years and I purchased a second pair recently as well. Staff was very helpful with sizing and shipping. Couldn’t be happier.”

“Excellent customer service: there was a mix-up on the part of the fulfillment warehouse (my address label was stuck on another company's package intended for someone else) but Backdoorshoes responded to my email in 41 minutes and resent my order.”
