“Fast, efficient service. I purchased a pair for my heavy footed husband 10 years ago and they are still going strong (both shoes and husband !). The shoes are light weight, do not lose their shape and are completely intact. I would highly recommend this company.”

“My husband and I have owned a pair of back door shoes which we bought at the Ideal home quite a number of years ago. Our daughter who lives at home often wears mine or her dad’s when she pops out to the bin. So we felt it was time to buy her a pair of her own. We chose the ones with cats and will be more than happy if they wear as well as ours have.”

“They are very comfortable to wear but they are backdoor shoes for popping out to the garden and back. They are great, waterproof and easy to slip on and off. They are so comfortable that you end up working in the garden with them on which they are not meant for so you have to be aware they will get slippery and lack support after a couple of years of service”

“Have had several pairs of these shoes and love them. I like the idea that you can now buy replacement insoles. Only comment I would make, is they are quite wide so I have to wear thick socks.”

“I had to contact you as the left shoe was squashed and distorted in post. I was told to use a hairdryer on it and this actually did improve the dent. Shame such a lovely pair of shoes were not boxed although loved the brown bag packaging as was for a Xmas present . Would have preferred to pay a little more for protected packaging .”
