“Package was damaged, could see that someone else has tried monitor before because of safety covers were taken off and then back. Overall happy with the product, just baterry life could be longer for monitor - it's definetely not 4.5h as it provides on description and also cameras could be cordless..”

“Was looking for a way to temporarily incarcerate my 10 month old, he is at the climbing and pulling things off low tables stage. The portable playpen is a nice piece of design that assembles into a fairly large space where you can safely leave a child for short periods of time. We took it on holiday and it came in very handy while you are cooking and dont want to be fielding an active child. Ordered online and it was delivered 2 days later. Very happy!”

“Order process was quick and easy, although I would prefer that they handled the payment process rather than us sagepay. My bank were very vigilant about the use of my card on their site and I had to jump through some anti fraud hoops. Annoying, but re-assuring. Delivery was exceptionally fast. Ordered at 10am on Thursday and had the monitor at 10am on Friday. Excellent really.”

“I ordered my monitor on 4th Jan for my baby due in April. I have come to use the monitor in July (planned on moving baby into his own bedroom). The monitor screen does not work. Phoned Baby Monitors Direct. Spoke to Sharon who was very abrupt and really quite rude. I have been told it will be up to 10 days to be looked at and a possible further 3 weeks for a repair. I have never used this monitor and feel I should have been offered a full refund. I now have no alternative but to buy another or be without a monitor. Very poor service considering the monitor was £89.99. I also asked to be contacted by a manger. Sharon refused and said that they have procedures and that it was basically tough! Do not order a monitor from this company.”

“When I rang to check if my order had been dispatched the man who answered the phone was attentive, kind and professional. I had ordered a Cacoonababy and was anxious as no one had had much sleep! he assured me that he would check with the warehouse and then rang me back to say it would be here the next morning. The package arrived exactly when the email I received the next morning had predicted. It was easy to order and pay for and the service was fantastic. The baby is sleeping, and so are we. Thank you”

“Hi Alice Thank you for your reply on trust pilot however ont eh the 6th June the only email I received was an email saying my order had been dispatched. As ~I didnt receive the item until the 8th and report the fault on the 9th I dont see how you could have sent a return email on the 6th. I have checked all my spam folders and I have received nothing. can you please send the return email. Regards Maria”

“I accidently purchased a spare pad instead of a whole unit, opened the unsealed box and realised my mistake,i emailed and asked if I coulde return it and pay the difference for the whole unit, but was point blank told no as id opened the box, the box wasn't sealed , just a box, its not a personalised item, or an item for personal use, really not happy as without the full unit its useless, and at £42 its not cheap!”

“I rang and spoke to customer services as had been undecided on a particular monitor and whether it had certain features that a previous one (different make and model) had. My doubts were allayed and this was the best price available for the Motorola 36s video monitor (I had done a lot of searching!). I ordered then and there over the phone and it arrived the very next day, with precise delivery updates throughout the day. Tests using the 2 cameras and split screen function showed everything worked well and will take more practice on our part to get fluent with it!”
