“Ditto other reviews on this site. Do not use BMD. If a fault occurs you will be without monitor for WEEKS. A respectable retailer would replace and then liaise with manufacturer. The company doesn't care at all. No consideration for baby safety whatsoever. Buy somewhere else, far too risky with Baby Monitors Direct. Disgrace of a company.”

“I received a product that had been previously used. Sticky fingerprints all over the monitor, food spilt on the manual etc. When I reported it, I was told 'this is unusual as we don't sell used products' - as if I was to blame. It took 3 weeks to have an exchange sorted... good job the baby is on the way rather than already here... promised couriers never arrived... 2-3 days to have an email responded to... Last time I go with this company to save a few quid... spend your money somewhere reputable. To top it all (and why I'm actually writing this review), they declined the cash back I am owed through topcashback. Jokers.”

“Bought the new Luvion Prestige Touch 2 for my sisters baby shower. Was constantly updated about the progress of my order including the fact that it had run out of stock and they ensured it would be delivered before the shower date. Haven't tried the monitor out yet but having purchased a Luvion before from Baby Monitors Direct i'm sure its good.”

“Ordered online well before the 4pm cut off. Order was arbitrarily held with no notification, emails confirmed everything had gone through ok. No communication from the company. No real apology blaming the system and taking no responsibility, and did nothing to put it right. Would never use again.”
