“Buying and delivery of products was very easy fast efficient but was dissatisfied with certain aspects of the Camera wifi connection which took ages and is very difficult to do and I'm very teck savvy and the time lag difference makes it unstable and it's not my wifi I have speeds of 500mbs fibre optic to home with hybrid connections overall should gave bought cheaper option without wifi”

Due to this, once the item has been opened, your return is then voided. We do also state this on the product page, and the box. As you have opened the item, we cannot accept the return of this, unless the product is deemed as faulty. Which in this case, it is not.
