“Easy to order and pay on the website. I selected Next Day delivery and the parcel arrived when it was supposed to. Product was exactly what I wanted (wheeled car seat carrier) and fitted my Maxi-Cosi Axiss seat with ease - room for a fold up scooter, rucksack and scooter safety equipment in the bag as well. Ideal for saving on luggage allowance with kids as this all weighed in at 24kg and the wheels made it soooo much easier to handle rather than the other backpack options available. Really happy with everything! Thank you :-)”

“Appalling - parcel arrived in shreds. Thinnest cardboard box I have ever seen. The monitor had clearly been returned to store as the protective film had been removed and then put back on and there was no protective caps on the electric sockets. Emailed company straight away with photographs an no response 3 days later!”

“If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would have!!! Utter disgrace of a customer service team. I ordered an item on 02/06/19 with 2-3 working day delivery. Over 1 week later I still hadn't received it, so called customer services - spoke with a woman who obviously had no idea what customer service is, as she told me she would call the supplier and call me straight back. Another week later, I did the same again. The customer service representative told me (again) that she would call the supplier and call me straight back. Nearly 1 and a half hours later, I had still not received a call. So I then made my third phone call to only then be told that the business was not able to get the item I ordered......... I would never order anything from this company again, not only for the clearly awful processes they have, but the customer service team (if you can even call them that) are completely and utterly useless!!!”

“Currently trying the 3rd monitor from this place, I now believe they are selling either returned or refurbished monitors looking at all other reviews. Tried complaining but they confirmed they do not have a complaint process (They confirmed in writing to me) and couldn't resolve anything for me or suggest any alternative. Theres a level below useless and I just found it with this place.”
