My order never arrived, tried contacting the company few times but no response, they are spamers, so do not buy from them! I paid 60 pounds for the monitor that was never received 😔

Just awful - avoid! I bought one of the most expensive baby monitors from Baby Monitors Direct, as I needed to upgrade from an old BT model and one of their reps recommended the Luvion Prestige Touch 2. The monitor had great quality image but the sound was just white noise. No matter how high up the volume was turned, all we could hear was white noise! I followed the email procedure to get a return authorisation number, but heard nothing back. So I followed it up with a phone call and another email. I duly boxed up the monitor, sent it off, and... have heard nothing since. This was back in August and we're now in October!! Another chaser email has gone unanswered. My advice to any new parents looking to buy baby monitors from this company is this - save yourself the hassle, having a new baby at home can be stressful enough, so buy a baby monitor from somewhere more reputable, where the returns process is easier, and where people can actually be bothered to respond to your emails!

I have emailed on 3 separate occasions to request a RAN code to return some items and have not received any response. In the event you may need to return items, not recommended.

Due to this, once the item has been opened, your return is then voided. We do also state this on the product page, and the box. As you have opened the item, we cannot accept the return of this, unless the product is deemed as faulty. Which in this case, it is not. The camera I ordered battery don't last for long, I have email customer service for refund, but no one got back to me. Unfortunately I am unhappy, as the camera I purchased was £ 69.99.

Very poor service paid for next day delivery did not receive until 4 days later when initially contacted concerning delivery was promised refund of extra payment still waiting over a week later will not use again other companies have better customer services since dealing with company have looked at independent review site trustpilot wishi had looked before parting with money

Appalling - parcel arrived in shreds. Thinnest cardboard box I have ever seen. The monitor had clearly been returned to store as the protective film had been removed and then put back on and there was no protective caps on the electric sockets. Emailed company straight away with photographs an no response 3 days later!

The battery of baby monitor is rubbish. Can`t believe it goes flat strait away after charging. Before start it using everything was done following instruction. very disappointed.

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would have!!! Utter disgrace of a customer service team. I ordered an item on 02/06/19 with 2-3 working day delivery. Over 1 week later I still hadn't received it, so called customer services - spoke with a woman who obviously had no idea what customer service is, as she told me she would call the supplier and call me straight back. Another week later, I did the same again. The customer service representative told me (again) that she would call the supplier and call me straight back. Nearly 1 and a half hours later, I had still not received a call. So I then made my third phone call to only then be told that the business was not able to get the item I ordered......... I would never order anything from this company again, not only for the clearly awful processes they have, but the customer service team (if you can even call them that) are completely and utterly useless!!!

Currently trying the 3rd monitor from this place, I now believe they are selling either returned or refurbished monitors looking at all other reviews. Tried complaining but they confirmed they do not have a complaint process (They confirmed in writing to me) and couldn't resolve anything for me or suggest any alternative. Theres a level below useless and I just found it with this place.
