“Awful I purchased a puschair what came with a free iso fix base had my puschair but no iso fix base when I contacted them they said I was right an that unfortunately the item was out of stock and I would have to purchase one as by then the offer was out of date , fuming is not the word as I wanted the iso fix base x custome service was rubbish”

“I ordered a bed rail to use when my grandson stays. The product arrived within 2 days and was very easy to put together. We haven’t used it yet but it seems very robust and I’m sure it will do the job. Very good service.”

“Well I received an email to say it was dispatched on Friday and should be with me soon. It’s Tuesday and I’m still waiting, with no updates about the delivery and no details to check. Not very good at communicating with the customer”

“Delivery was quick, I can’t comment on the actual product itself as it’s still in the box whilst we complete the decorating of the nursery, but we saw this product at a recent baby show and it felt very solid and looked a lot more expensive then it was. The draws were very deep and the colour of the wood was nice.”
