“Still awaiting to hear about damages. delivery was delayed without notice. Packages came in dribs and drabs over 3 days without any tracking notice. Once received all of the packages all of them had some damages have put together furniture and there is scuffs and scratched. I have taken photos and awaiting an answer. However Holly and Charlotte have been helpful to the best of their ability.”

“Ordered the Lightsout blind and it has really helped my 4 month old sleep past 5am sunrise! Easy to put up and fitted very well up at the window. Will take it away with us when we can travel.”

“Managed to get the next 2 me replacement mattress on sale and the quality is much nicer than the one it came with. Also bought some fitted sheets to go with it. Came within literally a couple of days despite everything going on at the moment, was very impressed with everything all in all and would definitely order from there again”

“My product was faulty upon delivery. The company were able to assist with the return of the product and have issued a refund which I currently await. Having read other reviews of this company which suggest that all of the products they sell are faulty, I admit that based on my experience I must concur. It's probably best to spend a little extra money and shop elsewhere to avoid the hassle. UPDATE: The refund is now in my account, so I have now given them 3 stars. The support from the company has been helpful throughout my experience and the returns process has been relatively easy. However, I feel that a company which ships faulty products cannot get higher than a 3 star 'Average' rating.”

“Product and customer service excellent. Website discount code wasn’t working but when we rung the number it was dealt with and ordered over the phone. Didn’t but next day delivery but item was delivered next day”
