“Good quality items at a good price. Unfortunately I did not receive a email conformation after my purchase and had to email for confirmation. Also I had to email again for a delivery date as this was not given to me, my day of delivery was a Wednesday but I did not receive my order on this day. I had to again email as I did not receive a tracking order number, my delivery then arrived the following Friday. I understand that due to the pandemic this could of been the reason. Would order from here again as the products were of high quality. Thank you”

“My husband and I ordered the Kinderkraft Prime 3-in-1 Travel System (black) and it really exceeded our expectations. It was not only on sale, but it also arrived in just a couple of days of us ordering it. This travel system is of great quality and sturdier and larger than what we expected. We are very pleased with this purchase and are so glad that we got it on sale because it definitely looks more expensive, like we paid full price for it. We cannot wait to use it for baby boy when he gets here in July. If you want a well built 3-in-1 travel system that comes with a nice size carry cot, car seat, car seat adapters, stroller, footmuff, rain cover, tire pump, and an added stroller bag, then this item is for you. You will not be disappointed with this buy, get it while it is on sale. It is very easy to assemble and it is all click connect, you just click connect whichever one you need to use at the time. I am currently almost 8 months pregnant and it was easy for me to assemble by myself....it maybe took me 5-10 minutes and that was without me looking at the instructions that came with it. I would highly recommend this to any expecting moms.”

“Ordered a 'out-n-about nipper sport jogging stroller' for my Daughter-in-law on Thursday and it arrived at 11.30 the next day and she was out for a run with it by 2.00pm! Very impressed with website and delivery service. An order confirmation email would have been good.”

“Ordered the Joie I-Gemm car seat and I-Advanced isofix base as I read online that this was the most recommended car seat for people with ‘sloping seats’ in their cars. I am so happy with it & it fits perfectly in my Audi A1. It came within 2 days of ordering, which is incredible considering the difficulties everyone is facing at the moment. I struggled to find one that would sit reclined and this car seat is the most reclined car seat I’ve tried. If you have sloping sports seats in your car and are struggling to find one to fit correctly, definitely try this one!”

“Very pleased with my purchase. Not only was it almost half the price as other retailers but my service was great. Deliver was estimated at 3-6days and came during this time but it was also delivered on time as specified and in fantastic condition. Even the box was pristine. There was a free gift with my.order, although this was meant to be selected at the checkout, which I missed my mistake, baby and child store was more than happy to still send this out to me so I didn't miss out. Very good customer service and fantastic prices especially during these hard, unpresidented times”

“Great products for children, a lot of which you wouldn’t get in the usual toy stores. Very quick service, I received my 2 parcels in 3 working days. My only criticism would be the £40 delivery fee I was charged. It was added on after I put my card details threw online and unfortunately didn’t notice until I checked the email invoice. Very pricey, not sure I would have continued with my purchase if I had knew the delivery was so expensive.”

“Have received the buggy as a present to help me get out running during lockdown! It is a really lightweight piece of kit. Fairly easy to put together and my little girl has enjoyed both trips out in it so far. Easy to recline the seat, slightly harder to put back upright but overall really pleased. Handy pockets on the sun canopy for phones and keys!”
