“Impressive service! Ordered the dolls sleigh cot and high chair and both arrived well packaged in a waterproof wrapper within two days! Beautifully finished wooden toys with no sharp or rough edges and although smaller than I envisaged, they will be perfect for my young granddaughter. I've yet to assemble the goods, but they look easy enough to do from the good clear instruction leaflets included with each item. Would highly recommend Baby and Child Store and will certainly use again if the need arises.”

“Ordered a cot from babyandchildstore at the weekend, I have just put it up and it is amazing quality! I work from home one day a week so it was important for delivery to be on that day. I used the livechat on babyandchildstore to see if I could have delivery on the day I work from home and they said to note it in the notes section and they will try their hardest to accommodate my request. Delivery came today on the day requested. Cannot fault babyandchildstore’s service and I will definitely be using them again!”

“This is my first purchase of baby items and I had been doing a lot of research, Babyandchildstore were extremely helpful. I was able to ring their customer service number and speak to a friendly person (not just someone at the end of an email or even a robot) and I got some really useful advice. As I needed a twin buggy I settled on the bumbleride indie twin and I am extremely pleased with it. It seems it is one of the only double buggies that fits two car seats which is what I needed. The items came there next day via DHL and everything went smoothly”

“I wasn’t originally happy when I first came to this website as I had to wait 45 for a response from the live chat only for my problem not to be solved anyway, I ordered the buggy anyway as this website has the best prices for a triple stroller then I get an email telling me it’s not on stock fortunately I had this amazing customer service agent call charli that emailed me the customer service I received from this agent was outstanding indescribable I can only say a massive thank you for helping me with my purchase you are truly an asset to this company”
