I wanted a package not on the website, emailed my question, had a prompt reply, a chat to a member of staff and everything was sorted out for a fantastic price, outstanding customer service & next day delivery free, with the option of tracking your delivery so you know what time they are coming!! The customer service from baby and child is fantastic, they email straight back with the information including pricing then will send you a secure link to pay online. The delivery was free for next day delivery!! Which was fantastic. Absolutely great service all round, can not recommend them highly enough and I would definitely buy from them again in the future!”

“Couldn't be happier with the service I received, I emailed 4 companies when looking for a double buggy for my twins and was either told to phone customer service or just emailed a link which again didn't have the info I needed. Baby and Child emailed me back with an hour asking for my phone number then phoned shortly after, I explained what I needed and was then sent an email within a couple of hours with pictures and total price of everything I wanted, once ordered my order arrived very quickly. Very friendly, very professional and most importantly cheaper than anywhere else for the package I wanted. I would recommend this company to all.”

“Well, in my quest of a double buggy, while browsing the net, I kind of stumbled onto baby and child store website. It was a pleasant surprise, the options available were good, the site was very simple to browse through, gave all the necessary details of the products which were up for sale. The list was also sufficient to browse through, and not at all cluttered, gave clear insight as to what to expect in the box. Did a quick search on google on the website and found it thoroughly well rated. The discount offered on the product's retail price at the time of purchase was also convincing enough, so then went ahead with my order for a out n about double buggy. Order placing process was simple enough, webpage was secure via https connection, and delivery was as promised, very quick (next working day). (One of the big retail store had quoted upto 2-3 weeks of delivery). The delivery details were emailed correctly and the product was delivered on time. The box contained exactly what was mentioned would be delivered and the product was in good mint shape. Overall a very good, smooth sailing experience.”
