“I am very happy with my purchase from Baby and Child. The product I'd chose was exactly as described on their web-site and the service before, during and after purchase was outstanding. “found this company by chance on the Internet whilst searching for a pushchair for my first grandchild. After doing my homework this firm was the cheapest, also for accessories. Delivery took 2 days only from one end of the country to the other. Cannot fault them at all. Excellent service.”

“Great footmuff, which matches my new Baby Jogger City Mini perfectly :) It has a small opening which still allows you to operate the quick fold technology. This was delivered super fast, and it was the cheapest I could find online including postage (free postage from this site) All in all, very happy”

I brought the baby jogger city mini gt, it drives brilliantly although as expected it doesn't fit through any doors! Although it seems quite big there is plenty of storage space and is really easy to assemble (just put the wheels on!) very happy with my purchase and who I purchased it from!”

“Living on a Scottish Island has thrown up various delivery issues since we have lived here. However, on this occasion this was definitely not the case, it was delivered with good speed and very well packaged. “Absolutely fantastic...again. I would not hesitate to recommend baby and child store. I have bought the City Mini GT package from them and now the City Mini for my mum to use. I checked many companies and they were the most competitive on price and content. The customer service is second to none- my questions were answered late at night via email and on a Sunday! I also chatted to Liz on the phone before purchasing and she was extremely helpful. Both pushchairs arrived next day in perfect condition. You can't get better than that. Very refreshing to deal with a company who know what they're doing and do it extremely well.”

“I suppose this review is for Baby and Child Store and not necessarily for the item purchased. I got a very good price for the pushchair purchased, which was then quickly dispatched and I received it the next day. Customer service was also very good. As a first-time buyer from the site. I liked the fact that when my calls couldn't be taken, I could drop a message and have someone call me back. Overall, it was a good purchasing experience for me.”

“Excellent service! I spoke to a customer services adviser about the products I wanted to purchase (a buggie and various accessories) and was advised to email my request, so that a quote for a bundle package could be sent to me. As I was dealing with an independent retailer, I didn't expect a response for at least 24 hours - to my surprise I received the quote within a few hours and the order was processed by the end of the day. I received all the products within two working days and received regular updates on the delivery. More importantly, the bundle package that was offered was very reasonable and the offer was around £100 cheaper than the registered retail price - all in all I would highly recommend Baby and Child to anyone. Thank you for the fantastic service!”

“We love our Baby Jogger City Lite, it was so easy and quick to assemble it. As soon as my 18 months old daughter saw it she jump into it and didn't want to come out, she loves it as we also do. Is very spacious and easy to manoeuvre and also easy to fold and unfold to keep on the car. The handle bar is just right even if I am petite and my husband very tall works for both of us. I was a bit nervous buying from here because the price wasn't advertised but the customer service was so quick and kind when replying my queries, payment was straight forward. I was so amazed of the quick delivery. I would buy again from here. I do recommend the puschair and also Baby and Child store.”

“Absolutely fabulous service. Got our daughter's dolls house delivered to us in Northern Ireland in just two days. Got here in time for Christmas, and it was a last-minute buy after hunting everywhere. Should have come to these guys first. Great communication and our wee one is over the moon with her house. Lovely dolls house (Kidcraft Savannah). Would definitely buy from this seller again. No worries whatsoever. Very attentive. First class. A very Happy New Year to you all at Baby and Child.
