“Very pleased with both the service and the actual product. I ordered the wrong holder so had to return it. The process was easy and I received my refund quickly. I ordered a new holder and it was delivered next day by Royal Mail. The car specific bracket was easy to install and is a perfect fit for my Mini Cooper. The holder is a bit of a pest as it's universal and takes a bit of fettling to get right but it's done now and holds my phone perfectly. I would have preferred it if it could be adjusted to different phones immediately by using a push button instead of having to use a screwdriver, as my partner also drives my car. His phone doesn't fit as well and it's too much trouble to adjust it each time. All in all though the product is sound and the service impeccable.”
