“Due to lack of research on my part purchased a fitting which although correct was unsuitable for my requirements, called Babol and spoke to a very helpful young lady who steered me to a fitting which met my requirement and ordered item for me, also providing me with the required information and paperwork to enable return of the original. I have no hesitation in recommending Babol Ltd for the exceptional and helpful service provided”

“This service was for me second to none I spoke with an operator regarding a holder I didn't have a model number for but managed to source a picture and within an hour I was sent a model number and confirmation of what I needed so I ordered the holder and received it the next day brilliant service and will highly recommend to all my colleagues etc”
