“I called to order headrest mounts & device holders for my Volvo XC60, with a tight deadline for a planned holiday. I couldn't be more happy / impressed with the level of service they provided, they gave me confidence that I was ordering the correct parts (its not obvious from the website - there are so many!), and kept me informed of the delivery timescales. The entire sales process was... dare I say it a pleasure. Thanks again”

Hi, I'm sorry your phone didn't fit, Brodit are yet to release a holder for the Huawei ps20 pro, only the P20 which is a smaller device. We do have Brodit adjustable holders which are designed for when there isn't a dedicated holder available. “Correct product supplied, but delivery (Paid for next working day) was a day late, which meant having to rearrange a further day later, as I wasn't available that day. That apart, have always found them to be responsive.”

“Great product, this is the second time I have purchased from Babol/Brodit. Items delivered really quickly (dispatched same day) and fitted perfectly. Leaves no marks or holes on the dashboard so making it perfect if you have to change your car.”

Hi, thanks for the feedback. The tilt swivel on the reverse of the holder's were upgraded recently to cope with the larger devices which has made them tougher and harder to pull apart. This is normal now for the new holders that just need pulling apart with a bit more force than before.. Trust the holder is working well for you.. Many Thanks, Customer Services
