“Brodit phone mounts have long been my choice for a quality phone holder, and I wasn’t disappointed with my latest purchase. Car: BMW 218d Active Tourer, F45, 2018 I bought a 655047 ProClip Centre Mount, which fits to the right of the media display. The tab to the front slides under the upper dash trim which needs a little help (use a plastic trim tool) to raise up in order to fit the ProClip tab under there. It’s a good, solid fit and doesn’t wobble at all. I bought a 511688 Passive Holder with Tilt Swivel, which fits both my Apple XR and Samsung A12, with are both fitted with protective skins. The holder is simple to install; loosen the top and bottom screws to get an approximate width for your device in the holder and then tighten. Using the 4 supplied screws, Locate the holder over the top 4 of the 6 and then screw in. Once you’ve fitted the holder to the mount, adjust the holder angle using the large centre screw. Loosen slightly the top/bottom screws again, get a good fit for your device and then tighten everything up. The angle of the holder is really good, and the screen isn’t affected by bright sunlight. Easy to fit, easy to use and adjust and an excellent viewing angle for your phone.”

“I went for the Qi wireless charging cradle and the mount by the steering wheel for my Discovery 4. Took about 5 minutes to install end to end and this set up is the absolute daddy. It looks great, cables tuck neatly out of sight and is very nicely designed and made. It is a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for.”
