“Firstly, the help from babol in determining which clip I needed was really quick (having bought a different part number from amazon initially). Whilst the proclip I purchased does work and is well made, it really misses the mark in regard to the fit quality of the 3 parts of the mount that have adhesive pads, two don't actually touch anything, and the 3rd one only touches on about 5-10% of the surface area. It's like all of the angles are slightly off on the mount. When I queried the above, the first respose clearly hadn't read my email as they just quoted the installation instructions whereas my message clearly showed the proclip fitted to my car. The second reply sent me a youtube link which whilst it shows the clip fitted, doesn't actually show how well (or badly) it fits the shape of the car. It's a shame as the design is nearly there, it would only need slight tweaks to fit perfectly.”

“Had no communication at all apart from weeks after I placed the order to say they had taken the money and it would be sent out. Delivery took ages with no explanation”

“The product itself is brilliant. As advertised. So were the customer service staff who were very helpful with my initial query and when chasing the delivery. The delivery time however, is abysmal. Website said 7-10 days for delivery. Took over a month to get to UK. Then another week to get to me.”

“The universal phone holder works well, the support attaching it to my Toyota Avensis dashboard not quite so well - it's unable to resist much downward pressure without the top clip springing out. OK though if care is taken when inserting phone.”

“Thought £20 included everything not just a base, just bought a different one now so this is surplus.The one I need is £99 for iPhone 13.wish I had read the description.far too expensive for what looks pretty cheap,sorry just a honest review”

“I've always found the Brodit products to be fantastic. However, to order something that stated it was in stock but then wait a whole 12 days before it was dispatched just seems wrong for a premium product supplier.”

“Does what it needs too but very expensive for what it is. The screws that fixes the two parts together are to long and poke out at the back and stabbed my finger fitting in to my car. Over all great but maybe rethink the price and maybe include some angled shims so you can angle it more towards you.”

“Bracket is perfectly serviceable and as per description. The only problem is that in my case (I have a Mazda MX5) it means the bracket protrudes into the leg space of the passenger and is uncomfortable against their knee. For that reason its come back out and won't be used. Would be a decent bit of kit if that didn't happen however. Also, very pricey for what it is, would expect it to cost £25 not £50. Seems to be a common complaint and I can see why. Cheers”

“The screws were really hard to screw, and they are longer than the thickness of the piece they are screwed to, making them protruding on the other side. Not the quality I'm used to with Brodit.”

“A good product. It fits solidly to the dashboard of the VW Crafter enabling me to just click the phone into, and take out of place without supporting the cradle unit itself. No wobbles or rattles while driving either. My only criticism.... I have a usb-c sockets in my van and even the cable direct from Apple does not fit/click in place at the bottom of the cradle unit. It has to be modified and stuck to fit the hole. If you have the standard iPhone cable it fits fine. The cradle itself deserves 5 stars, However, i gave it 3 for this issue”

“Over the years I have updated my phone and the car mount a number of times. The mounts are good, strong and reliable. Sadly the delivery is slow and unpredictable, sometimes waiting over 2 weeks for delivery, but as Babol is the only place get these mounts, we just have to put up with it. If I could source these mounts elsewhere I would.”
