“Stumbled across this Baa-Rilliant company online when searching sheepskin. Bought two of each pram liners and for the cot Amazing quality and our twins love the soft warmth and feel of the sheepskin Ewe better Baa-lieve it ! These sheepskins are the best”

“We ordered our first set of BaaBaby items when we heard we were FINALLY going to be grandparents. We may have gone overboard. Everything has been put to good use and thoroughly enjoyed by both the parents and our granddaughter. The little sheepskin booties have been used the most. Since she is growing out of them and they have been a favorite since they can't be kicked off, we decided we should probably order them in differenct colors and sizes so she can go to the next size as she grows out of the current size. I accidently ordered 2 the same size and missed ordering the following size....definitely my fault. They will ALL look cute on her and will get used. International shipping isn't cheap, and I absolutely understand as I ship packages to my sister in another country. My only disappointment was in myself for not double checking my order before I clicked on the ORDER button. All the items we have received have been excellent quality. (A new grandma)”

Dear Thorsten, Thank you for taking the time to review - we can see that you ordered a Bowron lambskin rug which is usually very well received. Having checked all our emails we can't find anything from you regarding your order and it hasn't been returned to us as unsatisfactory. We would love to know exactly what the problem is with your order, we want our customers to be 100% happy and if you don't love the lambskin please do let us know and we can perhaps talk you through some alternative choices or offer a full refund.

“I loved the quality and feel of the booties. Unfortunately I had to return them as they were too narrow. My little boy has just turned 1 year and I got the size 18-24 months but they still couldn’t fit. Having Velcro fastening may have helped. I also got the slightly different booties to what I’ve ordered (I ordered sock booties but got plain booties though I didn’t mind if they fitted). Having to pay for the returns was also a shame as I ended up paying £7-8 for postage and no booties.”

Had we known that there had been a problem we would have rectified this for you at no cost and made sure that you were completely happy. “Hi, you keep sending me emails about planting trees and if I like my purchase, I haven’t received it yet, I have emailed asking when it will be delivered. No reply. Hope this helps get my order. Fiona H”

Thank you for taking the time to post a review Fiona, we are so sorry you have not received your order and were completely unaware that there was a problem, having checked all of our spam and junk mail too just to be sure we hadn't overlooked your message. The tracking was sent out when your order was despatched and we have just had a look and can see that there has been no movement of the parcel for a number of days. We have raised a query with the couriers and in the meantime have sent a replacement in the post to you. We will keep monitoring this and also the original parcel to make sure that it is received - and should you end up with two we will arrange for the return of one back to us. We'd be really grateful if you could try and resend your original email to us and double check the address for this as we want to make sure that this is an isolated incident. “Item is beautiful. Paid extra pound for quick delivery and came on time. Marked down a star as you had to download an app to track it so I missed delivery notification and it was left in my shed and the box got soaked! Luckily item was ok inside.”
