We are so sorry to hear you have had a problem with delivery of your item and can fully understand your disappointment. We can see from our system that your order was placed on Sunday 13th and a Royal Mail tracking numbers was sent to you on Monday 14th when we despatched the item. We are really disappointed we have not had the chance to resolve this more quickly for you as we were unaware that you had not received the item. “I have ordered Fellhof footmuff for our iCandy Peach. Prior to that I have sent an email to check what I should go for as I wasn’t sure at the time due to the wide range, which is a definitely a big plus. The reply came very quickly with all the information. I love our new footmuff, it’s very soft and very well made. Our baby loves it too. Can’t recommend it enough. Great website, perfect customer service, prompt delivery. Happy overall.”
