“I bought a Fellhof footmuff for my baby and it’s really lovely and cosy and the quality is excellent. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. There’s so much other nice stuff in BaaBaby too, so based on my experience I will definitely be buying again and can recommend to everyone who wants good quality items for their baby!”

“I was unsure whether I was choosing the correct pram liner for my new pram and so messaged Baa Baby on Instagram. They responded really quickly and were able to offer me a helping hand with my selection. The delivery came really quickly in its cute Baa Baby bag and fits into my new pram perfectly, ready for my little one to arrive in a couple of weeks. It’s super soft, fits really nicely and looks amazing. Now I just need the little one to pop in the pram! Thank you Baa Baby”

“Beautiful pushchair liner. Fits my Ickle Bubba well and feels really good quality. Definitely helped keep baby cooler in the hot weather. Unfortunately not enough postage paid by sender so parcel went to the post office and I had to pay the excess otherwise would have given 5 stars.”

Thank you so much for your review - could I ask that you also get in touch directly so we can resolve the issue with Royal Mail and refund you the extra amount paid. Our postage is paid on account with Royal Mail and the charge is the same for all items under 5kg so we can't understand what has happened. Please accept our sincere apologies that you had to pay any surcharge and were inconvenienced and be reassured we will refund you the additional cost.

“I meant to write this unprompted. Thank you for the opportunity to say how delighted I was having found you. I’m in Melbourne and wanted a lambs wool baby rug for a favourite cousin in London. It was easy to find you online but you were out of stock. Emailing to and fro I could forward order, was notified within days that stock had arrived, it was not quite what I wanted, no problem, I was notified when it did come in and then after clear emails of sending payment and delivery details, the young couple are rapt in my gift. So efficient, so pleasant. Thank you, thank you.”
