“Lovely little booties and mittens ordered for my friends daughter aged 6months. The quality is lovely & very reasonable prices. Wish I’d of bought the gift box to put them in. Delivery was very quick and they kept me updated. Would definitely recommend.”

“I am very pleased with the sheepskin I got for my baby's pram. It fits in the carrycot and pram, he happily falls asleep in it and has made nap time a much easier affair!”

“Purchased a rainbow blanket, sheepskin pram liner and the tender leaf ice cream truck toy as “Christmas gifts” for my two month old. Really impressed with the quality of the wool items and speed of delivery. Blanket is particularly gorgeous”

“I am very disappainted. The product seems to be lost in the post and Baa Baby is not even aware of it. It's an additional stress I don't need and I will think twice before I order from Baa Baby again. I hope your costumer service will make good my lost order.”

I am so sorry you have had an issue with the DPD delivery of your order to Germany. As a company we do everything we can to counter the current delays due to Covid and the usual Christmas increase in mail - we despatch orders same day and ensure that deliveries are tracked end to end. In addition we use international courier services that are much quicker than Royal Mail. As soon as we were aware of your issue we raised this with DPD and we have also sent a replacement out with an alternative courier service. I do hope that you can appreciate that the delivery service is outside of our control and that we have done our utmost to resolve this. We take customer service and satisfaction extremely seriously and are very disappointed that the delayed delivery has caused you to doubt our service.

“Amazing product and I couldn’t recommend it enough! My baby loves it and falls asleep quickly in it as it’s so snug and toasty in winter months, just need to see how it performs in warmer months as it should have a cooling effect then, so I’m curious to see. I am over the moon and thankful I had enough funds for this purchase, it’s extremely high quality and definitely worth the money. So if you’re searching for a good all year round foot muff then look no further. Thank you!”
