“I have ordered a Fellhof Premium Sheepskin Pram Footmuff and the quality is good. The item description was very detailed, which was extremely helpful; I needed a footmuff for Cybex and the regular "universal" type won't fit where other stores did not cover all the nuances. The only downside - Baa Baby does not cover taxes/customs charges (most UK online shops include it in the delivery charge). I have checked the website page and there was no info that customers will have to pay customs fees. Technically nothing to say as Baa Baby simply did not cover that important part. If you live outside the UK be prepared to pay customs. In my case, I ended up paying additionally a 1/3 of the order price as taxes. A simple note in the Delivery & Returns section: "We do not cover customs charges for customers who live outside the UK" would save some customers from the negative experience. The good part - delivery was fast.”

“I found this website by chance whilst looking for an insert for my pram when my granddaughter comes to stay. My daughter has another brand which was 2 1/2 times more expensive. I am so pleased with the insert as it looks just the same and the quality is as good if not better.”

“We love Baa Baby products, they are of great quality. My daughter Grace (8mo) enjoys her Baa Baby sheepskin in the Bugaboo Butterfly buggy...both, in the summer and in autumn! We also make good use of the Fellhof Niki Double Bobble Merino Wool Hat during early morning walks. (Additionally, we cannot wait to wear the sheepskin booties and a matching Baa baby sheepskin bobble hat (Chestnut colour) in wintertime, when Grace is a little bigger!!!)”

Hello Debby, Thank you for your review and we are so sorry you have experienced a problem with your order. I have had a good look at this case and can see what has happened. Your order was dispatched and a tracking number issued via our confirmation email (see tracking below) https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/JW242948476GB The order was returned to us as 'address inaccessible' and we emailed to advise of this but received no response and therefore refunded your order. I am wondering if we don't have your correct email address on our system or if there is an issue with our mail going into spam. Regardless of this, I can absolutely understand your frustration and upset. I can see we have a phone number for you on file and should have telephoned and spoken to you rather than emailing with an automatic refund. We have definitely learnt some lessons through this and will change our practice to only refunding an order once we have customer confirmation that this is what they would like.
