“We really like the products we have bought - 2 sheepskins for our baby’s cots, pushchair liners, booties and mittens - and customer service has been good. Would highly recommend the products and company.”

“We’ve bought two fleece muffs from Baa baby and they have been excellent. Unfortunately the toys we purchased aren’t of the same standard. We’ll be sticking to the woolly items for any future purchases.”

“I ordered one of the Fellhof sheepskins online. It arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Great customer service and efficient delivery. The sheepskin is one of my most extravagant purchases ever, but I must say I love it. Several people have said they wish they could sit in my baby’s pushchair because it looks so cosy!”

We are so sorry that you are unhappy with the mittens. Having looked at your order I can see that the mittens you have are more of a leather than suede feel to the outer. We would be more than happy to refund or exchange them for you
