“Love the buggy foot muff! It is quite expensive but you really can see the quality. It looks lovely, keeps her nice and warm and is waterproof so really handy when you get caught out all of a sudden! My baby is 9 months old and her feet are far from the bottom so I know it will last a long time! Really recommend!!”

“This is the second sheepskin I've bought - they are absolutely gorgeous! Perfect for my 2 grandchildren right from birth. In a cot as they get older or to for lying on to play or tummy time. Absolutely great for natural temperature control summer or winter. Many thanks for a high-quality product & service.”

“Mittens come in a lovely bag and are perfect for my little one. They need to be on a string to ensure we don’t lose them. The string was not attached very well and now we can’t use them until we have sewn it back together.”

“The gloves them selves are ok, however the packaging was all wrapped and gloves lightly stained but after waiting nearly 2 weeks when I paid the extra for delivery because of issues woth DPD baa baby refused to give me the refund of the extra money. Apparently they couldn’t find any of the three addresses I gave them. Which is a nightmare. But that wasn’t my fault.”

Thank you Zoe, for taking the time to post a review - all feedback is really valuable to us to help us improve. We have had a look at your order and can see that the mittens were ordered to an address that is no longer current. We changed the address as soon as we received your email and the correct one went out with your order. Following this there appears to be an ongoing issue with DPD who claim to have attempted delivery on a number of occasions, however we can see that you have disputed this with them. We have ourselves asked for a review of what has happened with DPD and this delivery and will let you know as soon as they come back to us. We don't have any record at all of a request for refund for issue relating to light staining so please do get back to us if there is a problem with the product. All our sheepskin mitts are carefully checked before they leave our warehouse so should arrive in perfect condition and we certainly would want to make sure that this is the case for our customers
