“Contacted a few brokers for a commercial property purchase into a SASS, Paul got a few highly competitive options but suggested I wait while he pushed the slowest responding lender. It worked and I saw another 1/2% cut from the interest rate. Regular calls and a pleasure doing business with.”

“I was introduced to Iain Humber VIA James Booker.. The target of the deal was to complete in 30 days from start to finish. This is something that they achieved which was really was an excellent result. We particularly appreciated the Personal Service and updates from the Team along the way . The respect B 2 B has in the market place with the team of professionals that we were introduced to from the Legal advisers through to the Lenders was very noticeable I would strongly recommend Iain and his team, Rob Marsh Marsh Properties”

“Good Service , Good Portal For entering documents online , However the bank i was passed on to had there own system and had to all be done again. Initial communication was slow but after first contact the ball was rolling. Thanks Again !”

“I asked this company to help me in getting the commercial loan. Mr Andrew Jones Commercial Finance Broker helped me to arrange the commercial loan. He was very efficient, Kept me informed at all the stages and helped me to save cost on legal fees and surveyor fee. A five star service from him. He was even pushing the solicitors and the bank to speed up and be efficient.I highly recommend Andrew Jones for getting the loans. Thank you Andy for the help.”

“I was sceptical at 1st using an online company, however my reservations were quashed once I had a conversation with David. David Linsdale played a big part in us achieving our business loan, he used his expertise in directing us to the most appropriate lender. Thus saving time in our search. David kept in touch and even helped chasing along. I would not hesitate to recommend. Excellent service.”
