“B2B Finance were assiting us in relation to re-financing of our portfolio. We are a small/modist sized property company, and not at all unfamiliar with finnacing options etc. We have however taken the decision, over the years, that working with a broker is usually far more efficient and benificial than trying to work directly with lenders. Amanda Worthington was assigned to look after us in the process and as it required a number of seperate considerations, transactions, and issues. We are now 80% through the whole process and I cannot show enough praise we have for Amanda as she has throughout the long winded process, assisted far above and beyond her call of duty, chasing, updating, and pushing along all parties concerned including the various lenders directly as well as Solicitors from both sides. We would highly recomend using B2B Finance even if you are expericenced and seasoned in the process's of borrowing.”

“As a professional commercial property investment company, we have been using B2Bfinance for nearly 10 years. We always receive the best service and deals. “Jayne has simply been fantastic! I needed some urgent funding which had to be completed within a certain time period due to a court order, otherwise I would have lost the opportunity. Jayne pulled out all the stops and managed to secure me a very competitive deal. She continued to provide amazing support through the entire process and often picked up the phone to chase the lender and remove bottlenecks. “Due to a somewhat complex initial situation, it seemed difficult to obtain financing or no mortgage broker was really interested in dealing with my case. Then I met Tim. “Jo from B2B finance is absolutely amazing, emails are responded to immediately and nothing is too much trouble. “Not only was this a complete waste of my time. It really was a bad experience too! Made my initial enquiry with B2B because of certain Limited Company BTL mortgage that was being advertised. Unfortunately, what I was offered was completely different to what was advertised. Huge false advertising. Additional issues being....change in appointment time, change in the person I was supposed to have spoken to (amongst other little things whilst on the call)!”

“I found B2B by a google search whilst looking for a commercial mortgage advisor. I clicked on the 'get a quote' button and completed my details. I received an email from Jo Jones within a few minutes explaining that she'd give me a call and shortly after the call came. Jo was extremely knowledgeable and was more than happy to discuss all of our options. She sent over loads of info and some indicative costs for the mortgage that we were looking for. She was the first person we had spoken to regarding our mortgage so we decided to shop around and see what other mortgage advisors we're offering so we had a comparison. After talking to others, we decided to go back to Jo because she was the most helpful person we had spoken to. From start to finish, Jo has been on hand to help us through the process. She has liaised with the mortgage lender on our behalf and has copied us in on all correspondence making sure everything was transparent. She has been super quick to respond to any queries and questions and has explained everything to us in a way that has been easy for us to understand. She held our hands through the whole process and made the transaction as stress-free as possible. This was the first commercial mortgage I have ever had to work on and I know if I ever need to do it again, I will definitely contact Jo. Thanks for your help Jo - you have been absolutely brilliant!!!”
