“I initially contacted several brokers and of all of them B2B provided the best deal by far. Throughout the transaction the broker was always available and showed diligence and patience to ensure a successful outcome. I would without hesitation utilise the services of B2B again and would certainly recommend to others looking for mortgage finance or refinance. Excellent.”

“I dealt with David Holloway. David has been very helpful and has gone out of his way to help with me with my project. I have never bought a commercial property before so I needed a lot of hand holding. He has been very patient and has offered sage wisdom and practical advice and assistance. It has been a particularly drawn out process with the bank and the seller was also very unforthcoming; without David's help and advice I would not have been able to do it. So I am very grateful to David and would recommend him highly if the opportunity ever arises. Thank so much!!!”

“We had a situation where we had concluded the missives on the purchase of our business premises with only 16 weeks to deliver the funding when our bank pulled part of the funding. Bernie Whitfield stepped in, saw how he could make it work and exceeded our expectations by securing funding with a main stream bank who had previously looked at it and declined the opportunity. Our backs were really against the wall and the whole business would have collapsed should we have failed to secure the mortgage. It was a really stressful time and there was a lot of direct support given to us including evening and weekend calls and emails. Nothing was too much bother but it the ability to reframe the proposal and get it in front of the right people that saved our business. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending B2B to any business looking to borrow no matter what the circumstances. We had lost our faith in banks and agents when we met B2B. There are very special conditions in the current financial marketplace and you will need a very special agent to navigate it and B2B are the right people for the job and who you need. So go ahead and give them a call we are really glad we did.”

“Spoke to Umong about over year and half ago, explained to him our complex situation, not once did he say it can't be done. After speaking to many lenders with no luck Umong did not give up but instead found us someone who listened to our side and wanted to help. All this is done thanks to Umong we can't thank him enough. 5 stars isn't enough for his help and effort for us. From the behalf of Shamim family, Umong we thank you. Best of luck.”

“Quickly put us in touch with Nat west once he had our requirements and made sure we got verbal quotes quickly so that we could decide if we wanted to go ahead with the purchase as we last bought in 2006. also checked as it went along that all was on track .”
