“I was delivered the wrong colour chair which I have already indicated through email and along with that the box was thrown over my garden wall and damaged. I spoke to a guy called Paul who said they would look into this as it’s not acceptable and try and compensate in some way. All that has happened since is that I was asked to send photographic evidence to support my claim which I did. I then was sent an email by Gavin saying he has forwarded the photos on to the courier.”
